Can I book the loft without a credit card?
- No, all reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.
When is the amount charged to my credit card?
- The total payment of your stay will be debited 72 hours before your arrival.
- A pre-authorization of $230 will be captured on your credit card upon arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
- You can cancel your reservation without charge up to 72 hours before your arrival.
- Once the 72 hour deadline has passed, no refund or partial credit will be given.
- In case of a shortened stay and early departure, no refund or partial credit will be given.
Check-in & Check-out
From what time on can I check-in on the day of arrival?
- Check-in time is from 4:00 pm.
- If you plan to check in after 10:00 pm, please let us know in advance.
By what time do we have to check-out at the end of the stay?
- Check-out time is 12p
Can we check-in early?
- Depending on availability and for an additional fee, it is possible to access the accommodation before 4pm on the day of arrival.
Can we check-out late?
- Depending on availability, a late check-out can be offered,
- until 3:00 pm (extra charge of 30$ + tx), or
- until 6:00 pm (extra charge of 50$ + tx)
House Rules
Is this a completely non-smoking accommodation?
- Yes, we are a 100% smoke-free environment. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the loft (including the veranda), as well as on the entire property grounds outside.
- An additional fee of $200 + tx may be charged for non-compliance.
Are pets allowed in the accommodation?
- No, you are not allowed to keep animals on the property (indoors and outdoors).
- An additional fee of $200 + tx may be charged for non-compliance.
What is the policy for the number of guests in the loft?
- The number of guests must be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Rates quoted are for double occupancy; additional charges per person (child or adult) per night apply.
- Maximum occupancy of the loft is four (4) people.
- Subject to availability and upon request only, special arrangements can be made to accommodate a group of five (5) guests (one (1) additional child). Additional charges apply.
Can we receive visitors?
- Yes, you are allowed a maximum of four (4) visitors during your stay, these must be communicated to us in advance. (This limitation is subject to change according to government regulations related to COVID-19).
- Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight and must leave the property by 10:00 pm.
- Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
What is your breakage and damage policy?
- If you notice any breakage, please notify us immediately and prior to your departure.
- We reserve the right to assess the damage and apply penalties and charges for replacement or repair if necessary.
The Loft
Is accommodation adapted for people with reduced mobility?
- No, unfortunately the loft is located on the 2nd floor and accessible only by stairs.
Is parking included?
- Yes, you have a free parking space reserved for your use.
I have an electric vehicle, are there charging stations nearby?
- The loft has a standard 120V outdoor outlet that can be used for this purpose.
- In addition, there are 2 fast charging stations in Waterloo, at
- 5491 rue Foster, and
- 4990 rue Foster
Is there a place to store sports equipment?
- You are not allowed to bring bicycles inside the accommodation.
- However, bicycles and sports equipment can be stored in the veranda.
Do you have extra beds available?
- Yes, one (1) extra single bed can be provided in the loft, subject to availability.
- Additional charges apply.
Do you have children's playpens available?
No
Confidentiality
Is my personal data safe with you?
Your right to privacy is important to us and we will not disclose any personal information to other third parties.
We need the following information to process your reservation:
Your name (first and last name).
We may also ask you for the names of all guests.
Your address (street, city, postal code and country)
Your email address (e-mail)
Your cell phone number
You will also need to enter your credit card information (number, expiration date and CVV) to confirm your reservation. However, we do not store this information on our servers.
